This 1965-1996 Big Block Chevy V8 396-454 cam is good for 496-572 c.i. motors with Dominator style carburetors. Needs 5500+ RPM stall converter, headers, 12.5:1+ compression ratio and 5.13 gearing. Works well with nitrous or in a blown application. Rough idle
