Comprisedof multiple layers of beaded spring steel, MLS can withstand the movement between aluminum heads ,and cast iron blockswhile handling high combustion pressures.... 12 to 1 or greater compression ratios are not a problem. Special polymercoastings are used to aid fluid seal and offer excellent release from hardware during disassembly.

MLS offers superior torque retention while requiring less clamping force than conventionalhead gasket designs. The benefit is reduced bore distortion.
