All Howards camshafts use the highest grade cores available. They are Rockwell checked and Parkerized to ensure quality control standards.
This Small Block Chevy cam is designed for Competition use, Good mid & upper power, Medium to high bank oval track, Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used, Requires Thrust Button, Requires upgraded distributor gear/fuel pump pushrod, Firing Order: 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
