Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Items being returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please make sure you know what you are buying and that it works for your application.

 

 

 

All items returned must be in perfect, “new” condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. It is your responsibility to package all returned merchandise well enough to prevent damage during the return shipment. 

 

Under no circumstances will we accept a return on any part that has been installed altered or machined. This policy includes parts received in error due to shipping or invoicing mistakes. Check your part number(s), check the instructions (if applicable) and check your application before attempting installation. 

 

If you need to return / exchange an item, please contact us after receiving the product and we will issue a RMA form with detailed return instructions. Packages WILL NOT be accepted with out prior authorization. 

 

NON-Returnable Items: Balanced rotating assembly kits, short blocks, engines, custom order parts, special order parts, any part not inventoried by CNC-Motorsports, custom machine work, bulk hose, electrical products, installed/used products, oil & lubricants, EFI components and engine bearings.

 

Warranty: If you have a product warranty issue, please call us or the manufacturer. We will work with you to help solve your warranty claim according to the manufacturer's policies.
