This 1970-1983 Ford 351C - 351M - 400 cam is designed for Rough idle, Great mid-range acceleration & power, 10.5:1+ compression & 3500+ stall converter, Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used, Lobes designed to take maximum advantage of .875" diameter lifters, Firing Order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
