All Howards camshafts use the highest grade cores available. They are Rockwell checked and Parkerized to ensure quality control standards.
This 1963-1995 Small Block Ford 221-302 cam is designed for Fair idle, Street/strip in light car, 10.0:1+ compression & 4.10 or lower gears, Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used, Firing Order: 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
