This 1969-1996 Ford 351W cam is designed for Rough idle, Serious street/strip, 10.5:1+ compression, good heads, exhaust & 3500+ stall converter, Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used, Lobes designed to take maximum advantage of .875" diameter lifter, Firing Order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
