This 1969-1996 Ford 351W cam is designed for Bracket or 1/4 - 3/8 mild 4-barrel Oval Track, Proven winner, Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used, Lobes designed to take maximum advantage of .875" diameter lifter, Firing Order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
