All Howards camshafts use the highest grade cores available. They are Rockwell checked and Parkerized to ensure quality control standards.
This Small Block Chevy cam is designed for Small Base Circle, Fair idle, good all around performance. Computer compatible with chip, Firing Order 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2, W/ Stepped Nose (Carbureted). Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used
