All Howards camshafts use the highest grade cores available. They are Rockwell checked and Parkerized to ensure quality control standards.
This 1963-1995 Small Block Ford 221-302 cam is designed for Big Daddy Rattler, Rough idle, Pro street or street/strip, Needs 9.5:1+ compression & 2800+ stall converter, Stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used, Firing Order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
Note: For use with Tie-Bar Style Hydraulic Roller Lifters / Except 302 H.O.
