Description

Chevy Icon Forged Premium Pistons are forged from 4032 alloy. With an 11% silicon content 4032 alloy controls the thermal expansion so a tighter piston to wall clearance may be used over a 2618 alloy. The additional silicon also decreases the wear on the skirts and pin bores. This material makes these Icon Pistons ideal for street and mild boosted applications

Mini grooves allow an overheated pistons to transfer heat to the wall

Skirts machined by UEM's unique in house built cnc machines

Die formed relief valves

Accumulator groove to help eliminate flutter and maximize ring seal

Wrist pins and spiral lock included

5/64 x 5/64 x 3/16 rings not included

Compression Ratio 119cc 10.5:1
