Small Block Ford 438 CHI Pro Series Headed 3 Stage Nitrous Engine, 1400+ hp

Here at CNC-Motorsports we strive for customer satisfaction on every engine. These motors all start with quality new World Man ‘o War blocks. The Dart blocks start by going to our Peterson Align hone where every block is machined within specs. From there we go to our Rottler F68A CNC machine, where we true the bell housing face, parallel square deck, bore, and stroker clearance (when required).Once the blocks are completed at the Rottler they go to our Sunnen CK-10 cylinder hone, where the block is finish honed to specification and checked with our profilometer. Each valve job is done on our Berco cylinder head machine and flow tested on our Saenz flow bench. All of our rotating assemblies are balanced on our Hines Dominator custom built balancing machine. Each component is balanced within +/- 1 grams and the crankshaft is spin balanced to within .5 grams. All engines are fully blueprinted to our race specs.
